San Agustin Church, also known as Our Lady of Lourdes Church or simply San Agustin Church Manila , is a Roman Catholic church located in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It was built by the Spanish colonial government in honor of St. Augustine of Hippo, a 4th century bishop who lived in North Africa. It was designed by the famous architect Juan Bautista de Vera. The church is one of the most visited landmarks in the country and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The church is also a tourist attraction in itself. The church has two chapels, the Chapel of Our Lady of Miracles and the Chapel of Saint Joseph. The chapel of Our Lady of Miracles is dedicated to Our Lady of Miracles and is used for prayer and meditation. The chapel of Saint Joseph is dedicated to Saint Joseph and is used for prayer and religious ceremonies. Both chapels have a statue of the Virgin Mary. The church is made up of three sections.
